L-S LACROSSE PROGRAM HISTORY

Founded by Andy Oleski in 1969, the Lincoln-Sudbury Warriors were one of the first public school teams in Massachusetts to play lacrosse.

In the four decades that have passed, L-S has remained among the premier programs in New England, winning six MIAA state championships while fostering dozens of All-Americans and countless collegiate players as well as several professionals.

More importantly, in the spirit of Wematin, a myriad of L-S alums have helped to spread and share the game of lacrosse by coaching at the youth, high school and collegiate levels.

High school sports should be at the center of the community, and today the L-S lacrosse community includes youth players, high school players, alumni and parents who collaborate to share a love of the game and the unique lessons and friendships the sport of the lacrosse cultivates.
